Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and energetic team member to join our overnight shift at QuickChek. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and efficient customer service to all customers
- Prepare all food and grab-and-go items to QuickChek standards
- Ensure that all items are in stock, fresh, and meet quality standards
- Comply with all corporate sanitation guidelines at all times
- Maintain a clean and clutter-free store environment
- Sweep, mop, and clean as necessary
- Operate cash registers and lottery machines accurately
- Process voids, returns, and customer complaints in a professional manner
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Friendly and willing to smile often
- Ability to get to work on time and deliver high-quality customer service
- Strong communication skills and self-motivation
- Food and beverage service experience preferred
- Cashier and shift management/supervisory experience a plus
