Responsibilities
- Create and execute effective marketing strategies to showcase available properties to potential buyers.
- Prepare professional marketing materials, such as property listings, email campaigns, and social media posts.
- Build and maintain a database of potential property buyers, including investors, flippers, and landlords.
- Proactively reach out to buyers through phone calls, emails, and networking events.
- Establish and nurture relationships to maintain a consistent pool of repeat buyers.
- Negotiate property pricing and terms with buyers to ensure maximum profitability.
- Provide buyers with detailed property information, including market analysis, comps, and estimated repair costs.
- Address buyer questions and concerns regarding the property’s condition and potential.
- Work closely with the acquisitions team to understand the specifics of each property and develop a targeted strategy for disposition.
- Communicate buyer feedback to the acquisitions team to improve property acquisition strategies.
- Track and update all transactions in the company’s CRM or database.
- Maintain accurate records of buyer communications, contracts, and deal details.
- Stay informed about local real estate trends, market conditions, and buyer preferences to better align dispositions strategies.
- Participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of the company’s sales goals.
- Assist in refining and improving processes for efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or client relations is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to analyze information quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is required.
- Familiarity with computerized systems for managing customer interactions is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish or other languages) are highly desirable.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.
