Job Summary
The Agent Relationship Manager is responsible for serving as the main point of contact for real estate professionals and representing Quicken Loans as an industry expert during and after transactions to drive referral volume. This team member establishes, develops, maintains and deepens relationships with real estate agents while representing the Quicken Loans name and brand.
Responsibilities
Represent the Quicken Loans brand as an industry expert in the real estate professional space
Identify key opportunities to establish relationships with national franchises that support the channel’s strategy
Maintain overall responsibility for new-business cultivation and development efforts
Maintain ongoing communication with agents
Communicate and coordinate with several key players internally and externally in order to support a unified strategy
