About the Role:
We are looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead our planning, forecasting, and analysis functions. This role will be a critical member of the G&A leadership team, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of financial planning processes, including annual plans, quarterly forecasts, and multi-year projections.
- Build and maintain complex financial models to inform strategic planning and growth efforts.
- Partner with business leaders to measure performance against key metrics and identify opportunities for revenue and expense management.
- Manage reporting, create business dashboards, and deploy new analytics tools as the company grows.
- Oversee debt, interest, and cash forecasting, ensuring alignment with P&L management.
Requirements:
- BS degree required; MBA preferred.
- 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Familiarity with FP&A and BI/analytics tools like Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Tableau, and Quicksight.
- Exceptional self-motivation, prioritization, initiative, and integrity.
