Compensation :
1,500 monthly base Commissions
Responsibilities :
- Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
- Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
- Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
- Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
- Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
- Build Quality rapport with potential clients and progress sales forward.
- Actively use companies' CRM to keep track and continuously follow up with customers
- Be comfortable closing high-ticket deals over the phone
- Always work with urgency
