- Proven experience in property maintenance or handyman work.
- Licensing is preferred but NOT required.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to handle a variety of repair and maintenance tasks.
- Personal tools and reliable transportation.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
