Quickmed is hiring a Medical Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will work at our health center, located in a bright and open office space. As a Medical Receptionist, you’ll be responsible for providing support and information to patients as they arrive for their appointments. This role involves a significant amount of administrative tasks and data entry, along with frequent communication with doctors and other medical professionals. Strong communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications:

- Familiarity with Medical Terminology: Understanding basic medical terminology is beneficial for accurate communication with patients and medical staff.
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) Systems: Familiarity with EHR software or similar systems is a plus.
- Certification in Medical Office Administration (Preferred): A relevant certification, such as in medical office administration, is an advantage.
- First Aid or CPR Certification (Preferred): While not required, certification in first aid or CPR may be beneficial.
- Bilingual (Preferred): Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus, especially in diverse communities.
