The Machine Operator will be responsible for maintaining seamless 3D printing operations, optimizing workflow efficiency, and ensuring adherence to strict quality and safety standards. This role is critical to meeting client delivery commitments and advancing our leadership in additive manufacturing.
In this role, you will :
- Operate and maintain SLA equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform repairs or escalate problems as needed
- Organize job schedules, prepare builds using specialized software, and apply production parameters for optimal output
- Manage post-processing of 3D-printed parts and maintain detailed logs for builds, errors, and maintenance activities
- Ensure lab cleanliness, stock management, and compliance with operational and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and resolve workflow disruptions
- Update documentation (e.g., build certifications, inventory reports) and communicate project statuses to stakeholders
