Our Sales team is looking for a customer oriented sales leader focused on providing the sales strategy, leadership and execution in our sales efforts across the Americas.

Successfully closes large, multi-million dollar platform deals, demonstrating a track record of managing the entire sales process with minimal support.Ability to craft and execute strategic sales plans independently, while handling all aspects of the customer journey.Skilled at navigating complex sales cycles and adapting to challenges without relying on a big brand, existing footprint, or supporting teams.Demonstrated success in handling high-impact, high-visibility deals while building trust and credibility with clients.Access and Network in the Tier 1 Sports, Entertainment, and MVPD IndustryEstablished network within senior decision-makers across the tech and product functions as well as with industry technology partners , allowing for faster access to opportunities.
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key influencers, partners, and senior executives.Leverages a robust network to create opportunities, navigate challenges, and close deals.Engages with external stakeholders, partners, competitors, and influencers to remain informed about industry shifts and market dynamics.Deep Understanding of OTT Value ChainIn-depth knowledge of the OTT industry, including key drivers in content creation, delivery, and distribution for Sports, Entertainment, and MVPDs.
Deep familiarity with OTT business models and emerging technologies, enabling the ability to present and sell solutions aligned with market trends.Stays informed on industry shifts and evolving technologies, allowing for proactive adjustments in sales strategies to maintain competitiveness.Key Responsibilities - New Sales :
Partnering with the General Manager of North America, develop an Americas sales strategy, alongside Marketing, Business Development, Sales Development and other departments to achieve annual sales targets.Manage a list of prospects and pipeline, leading outbound sales efforts focused on expanding the pipeline, and driving sales pipeline progression from prospect to close.Driving the sales strategy for a given prospect, out delivering competitors at each deal stage in terms of strategy, execution and relationship management; bringing a deal to close.Collaborating with Solution Engineering, Operations, Product, Marketing, Legal and other teams to drive and deliver strong agendas, RFP responses and RFP defenses.Negotiating MSA and SOW deal terms.Working with CSM and Deliver teams to ensure client satisfaction, consistency in delivery versus agreed terms and closing new business / closing our scope prior to launch.Success in this role requires :
Delivering against sales and financial targets.Managing the entire prospect to account management process.Identifying key selling points and product differentiators.Customizing sales strategies to meet target partner needs.Working with Solutions Engineers, Tech, Product, Business Development and Delivery teams to develop robust proposals, to facilitate technical deep dives and to bring a deal to close; Manage internal resources efficiently and effectively.Preferred Experience :
AWS or GCP sell to / sell through / sell with experienceExperience : 8 years of proven success in outside sales.Industry Expertise : Prior experience in the OTT platform services industry and well-established relationships within the sector.Self-Starter : Highly motivated and capable of working independently, navigating ambiguity, and collaborating across functions to achieve results.Adaptability : Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while effectively prioritizing based on business impact.Emotional Intelligence : High emotional intelligence and the ability to work with a low ego.Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.Education : A Bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred.Travel : Willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
