Quick Pro Staffing is seeking an experienced, motivated, and bilingual (English / Spanish) Warehouse Team Lead to join a dynamic logistics team. This position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, solid warehouse management experience, and expertise in forklift operation. The Warehouse Team Lead will play a key role in managing and organizing daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment while ensuring efficiency, safety, and accurate inventory handling.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates, ensuring efficient sorting, inventory management, and distribution of goods.
• Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped in an accurate and timely manner.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move products as needed.
• Ensure all warehouse processes meet safety and quality standards.
• Perform inventory counts, track inventory levels, and manage the storage and retrieval of products within the warehouse.
• Coordinate and assist with picking and packing operations, ensuring proper labeling and shipment of products.
• Implement organizational systems to streamline warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and goals.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and team performance.
• Provide training and mentorship to new warehouse associates.
• Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory and orders.
