## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail establishment. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management, particularly in a convienience store or grocery store environment. Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
## Duties
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet financial goals
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs
- Handle administrative tasks such as orders, scheduling, payroll, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
- Utilize retail math skills for inventory management and financial analysis
- Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records
## Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a convienience store or grocery store setting
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Familiarity with administrative tasks and procedures
- Knowledge of retail math principles for inventory control and financial analysis
- Ability to conduct employee orientation and training programs

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
