We are seeking to hire a full-time Digital Pre-Press Graphic Designer . This person must be highly proficient in using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, along with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher and PowerPoint , and must also learn how to proficiently use our proprietary customer / production management system to timely provide accurate quotes for prospective orders. Understanding the difference between RGB, CMYK and PMS colors is essential. Good Typing skills are necessary and Math skills are necessary because you must understand how margins and cost of goods sold affect pricing. Because we work in a fast-paced environment to meet customer expectations, excellent organizational skills including file management and the ability to multi-task are a must . Attention to detail is critical and your creative ability will get tested as well. We are looking for a team player , a person who is willing to pitch in and help another colleague when the need arises as well as be punctual and dependable . Good communications skills and hygiene are necessary because we spend time on the phone, on email and sometimes in-person with our customers. Prior experience with a printing company is desired but not essential. If contacted for an in-person interview, you will be asked to demonstrate proficiency with at least the current version of Adobe InDesign. What we offer :

Wage range $15 - $19.50 per hour

Hours : Monday – Friday 8 : 30 – 5 : 30, occasional overtime may be necessary to meet a deadline
