Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls.
- Serves members & visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Make deposit runs.
- Notifies office personnel of visitor arrival.
- Informs members by answering or referring inquiries.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
The preferred candidate will have at least 1 year of prior experience
This position requires some weekend and evening availability.
