Overnight Hotel Manager

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, guest services, and hotel management. Duties:

Manage all aspects of the hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Develop and implement hotel policies and procedures - Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and revenue management - Recruit, train, and supervise staff members - Resolve guest issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers - Oversee human resources functions such as scheduling, payroll, and employee relations **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role - Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in budgeting and financial management - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices This position offers a competitive salary based on experience along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth.
