You must have prior success selling outdoor living design solutions or into a premium residential design or construction industry experience selling premium services to affluent homeowners.
You must sell value to homeowners who have a passion for outdoor living, and want to partner with a team to transform their exterior space into a new outdoor oasis. Selling value means you are rarely the lowest price in a competitive environment.
The successful candidate must qualify a consistent flow of incoming leads and be the closer for complex high dollar projects. Our successful sales reps have experience in estimating design services in construction and/or managing these projects. It is important to you that you work for an organization of high integrity alongside a team of experts in our field. We provide amazing support and the best tech stack in the industry. Residential construction experience is considered a plus.
You desire to work in an environment where results are rewarded and supported! You love sales, but are looking for a company that can provide you a career path within sales.
This position requires effective phone consultations to qualify inbound leads and in-person sales calls with prospects on-site that you have qualified. You must have great time management skills and an ability to work independently.
