Skill Set and Educational Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in landscaping or mowing is a plus
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as moving, walking, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with operating mowing machinery is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Collaborate with the Mowing Crew Leader to complete mowing routes efficiently and with the highest quality
- Operate mowing equipment and tools in accordance with safety guidelines
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized job sites
- Follow instructions and guidance from the Mowing Crew Leader to ensure proper mowing techniques and quality standards
- Participate actively in team tasks, including but not limited to mowing, trimming, and cleanup
- Care for and maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicles
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Mowing Crew Leader or Management
- Top of the industry starting pay
