We have been serving communities in the greater Dallas area for 80 years! We provide premium maintenance, installation, and repair service of heating and cooling systems for both residential homeowners and commercial properties. We have an immediate opening for an HVAC Installation Coordinator / Customer Service Specialist to join our team! Someone with passion for serving customers outstanding communication skills, and a keen eye for detail!

Job Title : HVAC Installation Coordinator / Customer Service Specialist

Pay Scale : $23.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours : 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm, Monday through Friday - alternating Saturdays 8-noon in the summer

What you will be doing :

  • Coordinate and schedule residential and light commercial retrofit installations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and manage client communications through both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Prepare job packets, order materials, and ensure that all aspects of the job are properly organized and executed.
  • Manage subcontractor schedules and inspections, as necessary.
  • Handle warranty registrations, rebates, and promotions

    • Qualifications & Skills :

  • 2 years of related experience in an office setting, scheduling, or project coordination (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Stellar customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel), MS Outlook, and Adobe.
  • Experience with CRM databases
  • A clear and professional speaking voice as phones are a large part of the position.
  • HVAC or similar industry experience is a plus.
