On the job live training of all Quik Print store operations. Printing and bindery equipment, project estimating, front counter customer service, project management, and anything else needed to help our clients.

Environment

Fast paced, customer focused, mostly standing with some sitting, small teams in a positive environment

Hours

Daytime hours. 40 per week. Monday - Friday. Closed most holidays.

Pay

$15.00 - $17.00/hr starting. Multiple raises possible in the first two years.

Advancement Potential?

Yes! Advancement into management or other areas of leadership available from this position. Managers earn $50k per year. No guarantee for advancement, but plenty of opportunity based on ability and performance.

Summary

The Manager Trainee is an individual with a high sense of urgency who thrives in a fast paced environment. They are friendly, helpful and passionate about great customer service. They enjoy working with clients, and have a desire to lead, mentor and train employees. Manager trainees display strong written and verbal communication skills, and use these skills to communicate with clients regarding jobs, status and expectations. They participate in daily management decisions and ensure that all work is completed with accuracy. Manager Trainees often troubleshoot and problem solve equipment, calculate price estimates as well as assisting with production planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
