Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative professionally represents the Company to customers with the knowledge and skills to provide them the support and service they need. He or she works closely with other team members to ensure prompt efficient handling of quotes, orders, and other needs. Customer support acts to weed out the 80% of simple concerns before forwarding them to the specialists. This position provides a clear and attainable career path into a professional inside sales position.

Job Responsibilities :
Provide quality customer service through calls / e-mails and assist customers with any product, quoting orders, and other inquiries.
Accurately process orders for timely fulfillment in accordance with departmental procedures and guidelines.
Follow up with customers with pending orders and open quotes daily.
Contact custom order clients that need the final payment for shipment daily.
Process RMAs / RGA, BOLs, and commercial invoices into the ERP System daily.
Work with inside sales manager to ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner and provide updates to customers as required.
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
Respond promptly to customer complaints.
Initiate, coordinate, and document the Return Materials Authorization (RMA) process for the customer and ensure they are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
Provide shipping and tracking information to clients as requested.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications :
1-2 years of business-to-business customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
Mechanical aptitude is required to understand and sell our product.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional telephone etiquette, proper grammar, and a cheerful, upbeat tone of voice are a MUST.
Familiarity with computer systems. CRM experience is a plus.
