Job Description
The Guest Experience Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our convenience store locations. This includes managing store teams, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of product quality and store appearance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
- Monitor product levels on the sales floor, rotating stock, and keeping product levels full to ensure 100% in-stock status at all times.
- Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in locations that offer hot food.
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of both interior and exterior of the store.
- Operate the cash register in an efficient manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or District Manager.
