Description:
- Operate and maintain burn table to cut and shape metal components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Set up and calibrate burn table equipment, including adjusting settings for optimal performance.
- Monitor the cutting process to ensure precision and quality, making adjustments as necessary.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on burn table machinery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and materials used.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in machining or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating burn tables or similar CNC cutting equipment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
