JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Customer Service/Business Development Representatives act as liaisons to provide service information while resolving any emerging problems!
The best CS/BDRs on our team are genuinely excited to help all our new and existing customers!
We preach patience, empathy and positive communication when we're with our team and assisting our customer base!
We do our best to put ourselves in our customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary.
Our ultimate target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction; All while creating a strong family-oriented team culture and continuously growing alongside each other.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Conduct virtual meetings with clients and potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitors to stay informed about industry developments
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Provide accurate information
- Provide creative suggestions for customer imprints on various product lines
- Handling customer complaints
- Provide appropriate solutions
- Follow communication procedures and guidelines
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills:
- Customer service experience is a must
- Microsoft Office proficiency is a must
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to different scenarios
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals.

Schedule:
- Day shift, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay Starting at $16.00 per hour
