Parts Sales and Service Representative
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and emails. Process orders and answer technical questions.
- Assist customers with their service and warranty needs.
- Ensure accuracy while entering orders into system, print labels and process credit cards for parts sales.
- Ensure all parts orders are boxed and shipped correctly.
- Assist with periodic inventories.
- Other duties/projects as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- Technical aptitude; must be able to quickly gain knowledge of our products and components.
- 1 -3 years of high-volume inbound calls in a business-to-business manufacturing environment, or other closely related industry.
- Minimum of associate’s degree, or comparable experience.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality are required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone demeanor.
- ERP experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
