The heartbeat of our factory is our team, and we're looking for an assembly expert to join our ranks.
Your Role:
- Constructing products by connecting components as directed
- Master secondary tasks such as deburring and finishing, providing backup as needed
- Assist in boxing and crating completed products
- Contribute to ongoing cleanliness of workspaces
- Adhere to productivity benchmarks
- Engage in team safety discussions and abide by safety protocols
- Fulfill additional duties assigned by supervisory personnel
Your Toolkit:
- 2-3 years of assembly experience or educational background
- Skilled in using hand and power tools
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Ready and willing to follow directions flawlessly
Physical Requirements:
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and climb ladders
- Environment is well-ventilated, although not air-conditioned
Background Check/Drug Testing: Must pass background check as well as pre-employment physical and drug screen.
Salary : $13 - $14
