Are you passionate about working with school-age children and creating engaging enrichment experiences? Quilla Academy is looking for a dedicated After-School Camp Program Lead to manage and enhance our after-school and school break camp programs!
Position Details :
- Pay : $15 per hour
- Schedule : Afternoon hours during the school year, full-day shifts during school breaks. Additional hours up to full time available during the school year in other roles if desired.
- Location : Quilla Academy

Duties
Key Responsibilities : ✅ Teach and supervise elementary-age students in after-school and camp settings
Plan and implement engaging daily enrichment activities for multiple age groups
Organize field trips, special events, and seasonal camp programs
Design and maintain a fun, safe, and welcoming after-school space
Oversee staff assignments to ensure proper ratios and activity participation
Foster a positive, structured environment for students and staff
