Job Description:

A dynamic and fast-growing company looking for an experienced email marketing manager to join our team. This person will manage retail and wholesale email efforts through Hubspot. We are seeking an individual who is equally creative and strategic.

Quilling Card is experiencing significant growth and wants to optimize our email marketing efforts through strategic segmenting and flow creation to drive sales. This person will collaborate daily with designers, ecommerce manager, social media manager and report to the Sr Manager of Marketing and Brand Innovation.

This position is full-time, in office at our Holliston headquarters.

Responsibilities:

· Ideate and propose quarterly content schedules for emails both direct to consumer, to our reps and to our retailers.

· Utilize Asana for collaboration with team and to build out email marketing schedule

· Write copy for emails that is true to our brand voice with a strong CTA

· Collaborate with in house designer to visually communicate the email message.

· Present monthly reports on email performance (open rate, click rate, unsubscribe rate, etc)

· Propose marketing strategies to improve email open rates and new subscribers

· Create segments and list in Hubspot for more targeted email messaging of relevant products

· Optimize email flows for abandoned cart, abandoned checkout, welcome, loyalty program and sunset

· Schedule emails on days and times for best results

· Collaborate with Design, Ecomm, Social Media and Marketing team members to integrate messaging for sales promotions, holiday campaigns and more.

There is a possibility that you will be asked to assist with projects and tasks not listed above. We are looking for a strong team player, someone willing to roll up their sleeves and pitch in when needed.

Required Skills:

· Expert knowledge in Hubspot

· Copyrighting

· Marketing/Business Acumen

· Experience in a CPG brand/company

· Familiar with email marketing to wholesale and retail audiences simultaneously

· Experience with Asana

• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge preferred

Position Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in related area
• Minimum 4 years in similar position/role
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with limited direction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
