Quilly is a social startup helping college girls build real, in-person support systems through virtual houses that feel like home. We're tackling loneliness on campus and making community feel natural again—with spontaneous hangouts, planned events, and everyday help from the girls around you.
The Role
We’re looking for a creative, driven Content Creator Intern (unpaid) to join our fast-growing team. You'll help shape our voice across TikTok and Instagram, create content that speaks to the everyday college girl experience, and work directly with our founder to test what resonates.
Responsibilities
Create short-form video and graphic content (TikTok's, Reels, posts, and stories)
Brainstorm and storyboard creative concepts aligned with our brand
Attend (or help simulate) Quilly-style events for content
Help track engagement and iterate on what works
Stay on top of Gen Z trends and bring fresh ideas
What We’re Looking For
Strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and trends
Experience with TikTok, Instagram, and basic editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
Passion for community building, female friendship, and mental wellness
A self-starter who loves working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Must be a college student (UC Berkeley preferred but not required)
