## Overview
Quilt EZ is seeking a reliable and dedicated Electronics and Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. ## Responsibilities
- Assemble, test, and inspect electronic components and products in a production environment.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, work orders, and blueprints to ensure quality control.
- Operate production machinery and tools to create electronic products, ensuring they meet required specifications.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor issues with electronic devices during the production process.
- Conduct routine inspections and tests of finished products for quality assurance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Work closely with engineers and other team members to improve production processes.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking materials as needed.
- Follow industry safety standards, ensuring proper handling of sensitive components and high-voltage equipment.
## Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (related certifications or technical training is a plus).
- Previous experience in electronics assembly or production is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electronics components and systems.
- Experience with hand tools, soldering, and small machinery.
- Ability to read and understand technical diagrams, assembly instructions, and work orders.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve minor technical issues during the production process.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
