You will play a critical role in building world class teams that are disrupting and shaping the future of retail/commerce. You are a proactive thinker and do-er and are capable of building high volume quality pipelines. Additionally, you will champion for Quince's employer brand, effectively communicate the company's mission, values, and unique value proposition to candidates, and build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external talent communities.

Pay Range
$85,000—$140,000 USD

Responsibilities:
- Able to output high volume sourcing up to 100 outreach weekly during peak hiring
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and create well defined job descriptions
- Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events
- Build talent maps to develop a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to build world class teams and continuously improving the recruitment process and candidate experience
- Use data-driven insights to optimize processes and improve outcomes
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of sourcing specific experience; strongly prefer having in house experience in the tech sector
- Experience sourcing for the apparel industry is a plus
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing for junior to management level roles
- Proficiency with various recruitment channels and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Please note, this role is remote but works PST hours
