Job Summary
Hulen Services, Inc. is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Facility Operator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for general maintenance and servicing needs across multiple commercial properties in the downtown Corpus Christi area. The ideal candidate should be familiar with various aspects of property maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general upkeep.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and general maintenance on commercial building systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues as needed.
- Assist in moving heavy loads and equipment as part of daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper functioning of common areas within the property.
- Coordinate with other team members or work independently to resolve maintenance issues.
- Ensure that safety and quality standards are consistently met.
- Respond to maintenance emergencies and service requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Experience in general building maintenance or facility management preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in commercial property maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on safety.
