UNIFIED SOCCER HEAD COACH Supervisor : Athletic Director

SUMMARY : Our coaches are responsible to train and prepare student-athletes for meaningful competition through instruction in the fundamental skills, strategies and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Knowledge of all athletic policies and codes approved by the Quincy School District in regards to Administrative, Student, Equipment, Facilities and Program duties.
- Experience working in a Special Education Setting
- Demonstrated technical skills, and successful experience to assist teaching these skills to school student athletes.
- Exhibited organizational skills and abilities to assist with a well-managed program.
- Maintains discipline and works with the Athletic Director to increase morale and cooperation within the school sports program and school community.
- Strives to improve skills by attending clinics and using resources.
- Performs related tasks consistent with the scope and responsibility of the position.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, community and staff.
- Other duties as assigned by Athletic Director or Superintendent.
