About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and driven Registered Nurse to join our team as a Geriatric Care Manager. As a nurse with us, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of residents and colleagues while promoting wholeness of body, mind, and spirit.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and providing care to residents according to their Plan of Care. They will also administer medications and treatments per physician orders, perform resident assessments, participate in daily resident rounding, and provide supervision to nursing staff.
