The Personal Care LPN oversees the care provided to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This role involves supervision of nursing staff, administration of medications, and treatments. Experience working in geriatric or long-term care settings is preferred.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess and effectively communicate with residents to understand their needs and preferences.
- Plan, direct, and provide care to residents according to physician orders and the Plan of Care.
- Perform resident assessments and participate in daily resident rounding.
- May assist with insertion and maintenance of IV therapies for residents.
