The Electric Power Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for performing on site logistical support duties within the Commercial Services Electric Power, Marine, & Industrial products departments. Working under a Central Sales inventory distribution network hub concept, position duties will extend coverage responsibilities under service in support of New Sales electric power products sold by Quinn Power Systems throughout Central and Southern California and located within the dealership assigned thirteen county territories.
Wages
Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $18.20 - $21.78
Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities of an Electric Power Logistics Coordinator include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Perform New Sales quality assurance duties as directed for all inbound & outbound product shipments. Duties include; written / signed receiving reports, digital photo documentation, inventory / control forms, & quality assurance inspection checklists on all incoming products against their assigned bills of lading.
•Perform all assigned product staging & inventory control utility support functions
•Ensure all associated ESO boxes & any additional ship loose components are inventoried, maintained, cleaned, covered, ID tagged, & placed together according to the assigned sales identification number & product staging plot plan to be ready when shipped with the prime product.
•Load, unload, and assist in securing equipment rigging for a safe & quality product shipment
•Minimize dealer liability by providing all required written reports & photographic documentation.
•Operate a laptop computer, printer, digital camera, & standard office equipment
•Maintain good attendance and punctuality to cover responsibilities & product shipment schedules.
•Work overtime & weekends as required by workload and transportation schedule changes.
•Develop and maintain a close positive working relationships, open communication, & personal accountability with all associates; to include, sales, service, parts, engineering, vendors, and all support departments.
•Maintain regulatory & company safety compliance training requirements
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
