What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Office Front Desk Coordinator position at Quinn Pediatric Dentistry?
Our pediatric dental practice, Quinn Pediatric Dentistry, is looking for a full-time Front Desk
Coordinator to join our family.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, opening the office, greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, verifying insurance eligibility, submitting and following up on insurance claims, processing payments, and more.
Previous dental or medical experience is preferred. Knowledge of Medicaid and Eaglesoft is a plus. Candidates must be patient-oriented, attentive to detail, and team players.
Our office hours are Monday – Thursday from 8:00AM – 5:00PM. Employees are expected to arrive to work at 7:30AM.
