Summary:
Serve as Liaison between the customer and various internal departments. Establish and maintain relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking responsibility for each customer contact and ensuring that all customer requirements are met.
Primary responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls via the 9-line phone system and assist customers with stock orders, offering product knowledge, shipping information, etc.
- Become familiar with the promotional products industry and continuously expand on product knowledge to assist customers on the phone and in person.
- Oversee reception area, greet, and assist customers and office visitors
- Assist the Administrative department with workflow/projects
- Sort postal mail, Scan documents, send emails and faxes
- Filing
- Cross-trained in Data entry, Order entry, and Purchasing
- Assist CS and Sales as needed
- Assist the President with projects and errands as needed
- Produce reports in Excel and Word, presentations, and briefs
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Current or recent work experience
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in working with numbers
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to learn the company’s computer system
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Schedule:· Full Time with benefits· Monday-Friday 8:30-5 40 hours a week.

Pay: From $1.00 per hour
