Quoting/Inside Sales/Customer Service
Summary
As a Sales and Marketing Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving business growth through effective negotiation and customer service strategies. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your role focuses on developing and managing client relationships while leveraging sales and account management skills. Your expertise in sales and marketing will be essential in achieving sales targets and enhancing overall customer satisfaction, making you a vital asset to our team.
Primary responsiblities:
· Sales Development
o Point of contact for assigned/obtained customers
o Develop Relationships with Distributor Partners
o Proactively reach out to customers to introduce new products/services
o Plan, organize, and manage all sales activities.
o Work with inside sales support and outside MLRs to ensure successful fulfilment and coordinate the customer involvement of other company personnel when needed, including support resources, team members and management.
o Provide customer services after selling the product or service.
o Evaluate market demand and try to meet customers’ needs and expectations.
o Learn and understand the CSR/Inside sales support process and perform these functions when necessary including quoting and follow-up.
o Handle customer complaints and solve conflicts within the company
o Maintain a high level of product knowledge and promotional solutions
· Product/Employee Training
o Perform training when necessary
o Provides coaching and professional development to team member sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
· Tradeshows & Events
o Participate in tradeshows and other events.
o Coordinate all initial follow-up with leads at events attended.
o Order and maintain materials, samples, displays and merchandise.
o Work with MLRs for regional shows and sample/literature needs.
· Quote follow-up
o Follow-up on quotes above $1000
o Maintain follow-up CRM for quick review
· Product virtual, sales, and marketing flyer requests
o Contacts distributor to confirm needs
o Forwards completed request to OE for virtuals and to Marketing Artist for flyers
o Sends and/or follows-up completed virtual/virtual flyer to distributor
· Develop Relationships with Distributors
Provide customers with relevant information about the products and services the company sells.
o Coordinate the customer involvement of other company personnel when needed, including support resources, team members and management.

Requirements:· Current or recent work experience.· Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.· Mathematically inclined.· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.· Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.· Ability to work in a team environment.· Ability to adapt to shifting priorities based on customer needs and department workflow.
- Ability to learn the company’s computer system.
Schedule:· Full Time with benefits· Monday-Friday 8:30-5
