About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, enhancement, and support of our company’s CRM application. You will work closely with business users, analysts, and other developers to ensure the CRM system meets the evolving needs of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
- Customize CRM workflows, forms, views, dashboards, and reports.
- Integrate CRM with other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, e-commerce platforms).
- Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.
- Provide technical support to end-users.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.1
- Stay current with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM features and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices.
- Basic experience with Power platform & Dynamics integration with other MS tools like Teams.
- Experience with .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency with CRM customization tools and SDK.
- Experience with CRM integrations with other systems.
- Experience with SQL Server and database design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.2
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience working in a distribution or logistics environment
