Position: Onsite Delivery Head
Location: Houston
Experience: 15 years
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Onsite Delivery Head to oversee and drive IT service delivery for our key accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless project execution, client satisfaction, and strategic growth of the engagement. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to align delivery with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Management: Ensure high-quality IT service delivery, meeting SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations. Bridge between on site and off shore during overlapping hours in IST and US CT time zones
Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, expectations, and escalations. Understanding of the Client business landscape. Ability to consult & support sales team in framing Quinnox services resulting in winning additional service contracts
Strategic Planning: Align project execution with business goals, drive innovation, and identify opportunities for account growth.
Team Leadership: Lead onsite and offshore delivery teams, fostering collaboration and driving performance.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technology, to optimize delivery.
Risk & Compliance: Mitigate delivery risks, ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, profitability, and cost optimization for the account.
Process Improvement: Implement best practices, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:
IT Services Expertise:
· Proven track record in delivering large-scale IT projects with distributed teams, preferably in application development, modern application managed services, cloud, or digital transformation.
· Prior experience in Supply chain, logistics, commercial and consumer services, field service solutions
· Experience with multiple delivery models including outcome-based, fixed price solutions under agile and iterative execution
· Experience in innovating to creatively articulate solution options to address customer business use cases and problem statements
· Ability & experience in working & responding to RFP’s in multiple technologies with mastery in few digital stack areas to provide winning solutions
Industry Experience-Environmental Services, Supply Chain, Energy and Utilities
Technical Hands-on Experience:
· Expertise in at least one of the following Vertical/tech stacks:
· Salesforce (CRM, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
· Digital Technologies (Web & Mobile Development, UI/UX)
· .NET/AWS (Cloud-Native Applications, Microservices)
· Python/Node.js (AI/ML, Automation, API Development)
· Strong Presentation Skills
Leadership & People Management: Experience in leading multi-geography teams with strong mentorship capabilities.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Agile & DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern delivery frameworks.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle escalations, drive resolutions, and proactively identify improvement areas
