The Role
We are looking for a proactive marketing professional to join our team. This is a fast-paced role for a driven individual to develop marketing content and initiatives supporting package sales for your assigned partnerships. Your contribution to the organization will be to leverage your marketing background and experience to effectively support the team from our Charlotte, NC headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the development of the marketing strategy for the assigned brand.
- Work with the team to execute each marketing vertical to support the overall strategy including : Email Marketing, Website Content & SEO strategy, Social Media, Affiliate Relationships, Sales Collateral, etc.
- Coordinate content and marketing needs for successful website and go-to-market launch plans.
- Full capabilities in all marketing technologies (Google Analytics, Salesforce, marketing automation software and others) and pulling / analyzing all necessary information to provide actionable tasks for the company.
- Support external relationships and respective marketing deliverables. These include but are not limited to, teams, sponsors, arenas / venues and global sales agent network.
- Collaborate with Creative team on development of digital content.
- Help grow brand awareness and market positioning.
- Manage regular reporting and reviews with the leadership and marketing functional teams.
- Identify new marketing opportunities that support department goals & strategy.
- Action necessary decisions based on analysis of data and stats provided by team, including historical site performance, VTLs, customer acquisition cost, LTCs, lifetime value of customer, etc.
