PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES ：
· Revenue experience with invoicing, ability to go through contracts and identify revenue recognition.
· Ensure accuracy in financial records and perform bank and account reconciliations by identifying discrepancies
· Review Bond Program invoices and process approved payables per accounting procedures.
· Process invoices, issue payments, Cheque writing and follow up on outstanding balances
· Prepare and post journal entries for various transactions and adjustments
· Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
· Provide necessary documentation and explanations with internal and external audits
· Perform other accounting-related tasks and administrative duties as needed
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE：
· BA/MS degree in accounting
· Minimum of 2years of financial area
SKILL REQUIREMENTS：
- Competence & Skills
· Knowledge of QuickBook financial software
· Knowledge of U.S. accounting standards
· English and Chinese can be used as working languages
- Professional Attitude
· Proactive, with a positive attitude.
