As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in connecting local users with our services and enhancing the overall experience of our clients in the campus.
Job Scope:
The Campus Sales Associate will be responsible for participating in marketing promotions, customer engagement, drop box management, and local marketing activities. This includes managing drop boxes in the campus, conducting customer mapping, distributing marketing materials, consolidating samples, and facilitating local marketing events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage drop boxes in the campus, including setting up new ones and maintaining existing ones.
- Conduct customer mapping in the responsible institution.
- Distribute marketing materials such as service brochures and promotion cards in the campus.
- Consolidate samples from all drop boxes in the campus and relay packages to Quintara drivers or 3rd-party couriers.
- Facilitate local marketing events, including lunch and learns and vendor shows.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Customer-centered with a proactive attitude.
- Daily walking among different buildings in the campus to consolidate samples from Monday to Saturday.
