PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and manage the assigned key accounts to achieve the sales target;
- Build and maintain strong relationship with clients and other stakeholders;
- Identify the business opportunity and coordinate the clarification of customer requirements, work closely with PM and SME teams to provide consulting on customer’s project;
- Lead the business discussion to close deal
- Other tasks assigned by the manager
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- BA/MS degree in a biology discipline, PhD would be a plus;
- Extensive experience in sequencing and molecular cloning, hands-on experience in NGS would be a plus;
- BA degree with at least 10 years, or MS/PhD degree with at least 7 years of work experience in life science industry, commercial experience in life science CRO companies or managerial experience in pharmaceutical company research function would be a plus;
- Strong communication and relationship building skills;
- Demonstrated track record in closing big deals or developing big accounts;
