Additional Duties:
- Process shipment labels for Express carriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.)
- Provide tracking information as requested
- Organize carrier pickups with shipping/receiving department
- Maintain data entry needs, utilize Salesweb efficiently (pack list, tracking #’s)
- Invoice orders once they have been successfully shipped
- Conduct various administrative tasks as required
- Perform other related duties as requested, directed, or assigned
- Must have obtained an associate or bachelor's degree in general business administration or other related fields
- Must have prior office experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have outstanding problem solving, time management, and critical thinking skills
- Must possess US Citizenship
