Additional Duties:
- Technicians will be required to customize server hardware by assembling hardware, loading and configuring software, testing, and validating Microsoft Windows based servers
- Server based assembly, configuration, software installation, testing validation
- Setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting server related products using automated test equipment as part of the pre-commissioning.
- Perform product testing using test programs/ scripts based on test automation server racks to validate full module functionality.
- Perform other related duties as requested, directed or assigned. May work in other areas within the manufacturing department as needed
- Associate’s degree in computer networking or related computer-based field and/ or a minimum of four years of work-related experience.
- Prior computer networking, personal computer hardware and troubleshooting experience or education required
- Ability to read technical documents, wiring diagrams, schematics with strong mechanical aptitude.
- Must be a United States Citizen
- Must be able to work productively with minimal supervision. Must occasionally work extended hours, including weekends.
- Work requires great attention to detail with a focus on networking configurations of hardware, feature sets and licenses, quality and time management.
