WE ARE A BRANCH MANAGER FOR OUR AVENTURA OFFICE
Branch Managers/Area Managers - In addition to any/all personal production the Branch Manager/Area Manager must also manage employees and daily activities of assigned branch location. Consistently developing employees to increase production by fostering their use of marketing tools, providing training on sales techniques, and holding them accountable for production goals. You must have experience managing a branch to apply for this position.
Branch Manager/Area Manager shall operate the branch office and ensure that origination activities are being done compliantly, with zero tolerance for fraud, according to federal & state laws.
· Constantly look for ways to increase production within the branch and improve brand recognition/reputation in the market.
- Provide the necessary support to employees within the branch.
- Monitor all origination activities within the branch.
- Assure that all QMG policies are being followed.
- Responsible for recruitment, training and supervision of Loan Officers and staff.
- Must solicit and procure loan applications, provide services and connection with same to facilitate and expedite their processing.
- Participate in monthly branch management and sales meetings.
- Participate in any sales and marketing training required by Management.
- Explore new ways of marketing and prospecting to potential new clients and referral partners.
