We are a growing Property Management Company in the Atlanta area that currently owns and manages many multifamily residential communities in the Atlanta area. We are currently in need of an enthusiastic and ambitious bilingual (in Spanish & English) Property Manager. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales (preferably in the multifamily residential sector) and will be motivated by the opportunity to work for a salary pay plus commission. We offer a bonus structure based on property performance. Our employees are helpful and courteous, and we cultivate those same qualities in new hires. On-call availability required.
Property Manager Job Duties:
- Recruit and hire all leasing staff, office staff, Maintenance Supervisor, Courtesy Officer and Connection Teams.
- Ensure all property staff are properly trained and in compliance with Fair Housing and liability courses and certifications.
- Enforcement and compliance of company policies and procedures.
- Submission of timecards and payroll.
- Supervise all marketing and leasing efforts.
- Review and approve or deny all rental applications for residency ensuring compliance with company policy and Fair Housing regulations.
- Enforcement of Lease terms and property rulles and regulations.
- Communicate/Respond to residents in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain all property and employee records per company policy.
- Collection and recording of all rents and fees.
- Filing of legal actions for collections and/or dispossessory.
- Process renewal notices and leases as required.
- Review and submit payables.
- Timely and accurate reporting of property operations.
- Creating and operating within a budget.
- On-Call Required.
Additional duties may be assigned by the Area/Regional Manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver's License.
- 2 years or more of property management or related experience preferred.
- Proficient in computer and communication skills.
