Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow across departments.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate department managers, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets and operational excellence.
- Customer Relations: Foster positive relationships with customers and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the General Manager and senior leadership in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the food industry or related field.
