Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- SQL Programming: Advanced proficiency in writing, optimizing, and managing SQL queries.
- Data Engineering: Hands-on experience with Databricks for building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and workflows.
- Analytics Modeling: Strong understanding of DBT for transforming and modeling data within a modern data stack.
- Data Visualization: Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) for developing dashboards and reports.
- ETL Development: Proficiency in ETL tools and techniques to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Programming Skills: Familiarity with Python, R, or other scripting languages used in data manipulation.

Optional but Preferred:
- Experience with Microsoft SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS.
- Exposure to Visual Studio and C# for custom application development.
- Knowledge of BizTalk for business process automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines, ensuring high performance and data integrity.
- Create, maintain, and enhance data models using dbt.
- Utilize Databricks to manage large-scale data processing workflows.
- Design and implement dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to visualize data effectively.
Experience:
MS SQL Programming
Visual Studio\C#\WPS Experience
Microsoft SSAS, SSIS, SSRS desired but not required
Biztalk experience desired but not required
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Math or equivalent and\or related experience and training preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong collaborator and team player
- Great organizational skills, attention to detail and follow thru
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Extensive familiarity with data management principles
- Proven experience with Databricks and DBT in a professional setting.

- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
