Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key cruise line accounts to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the cruise industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, procurement, and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional programs to align with company and customer objectives.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize account management strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and ensuring timely communication.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and strengthen relationships.
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement long-term account strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and contractual agreements.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the food distribution or cruise industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with cruise lines or hospitality clients is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
